On the first Sunday after Winter break and the last Sunday before Summer break we hold a studio/stash sale at the Alex. In addition to having a donations table, which sells items which have been donated to raise funds for Art at the Alex activities, we also invite artists and craftspeople in to sell art and crafts items which are surplus to requirements. These may include: Surplus stock, samples, seconds, craft and art equipment and materials, books, etc.
In 2026 the dates of our craft sales are: 15 February and 26 July. The sales run from 11-3 and there is no charge for entry. Stop by for a coffee/tea and cake and a rummage. If you have items to donate or may wish to book a stall (table provided) contact Chris at artatthealex@gmail.com.
