There are lots of town centre venues (and some out of town ones) taking part in the Love Rugby Festival from 20th June to 7th July. This is a celebration of the variety of activity and talents across Rugby, with activities for art lovers, sport lovers, music and theatre lovers … really everyone.
Rugby Artists and Makers network artists have been funded to chalk up pavements across the town (with some out of town chalking too) and started earlier this week with some striking signage for Art at the Alex. Hoping for rain-free days so we can enjoy the art around town for longer. If you want to know what the signs are about pick up a Love Rugby Festival brochure from around town. If you want to find street games chalking check out Caldicott Park later this week. Jessica Harthorn will be chalking there to draw attention to her Butterfly Trail activity and also be adding some games to the walkways.
