Pleased to collaborate with Percival Guildhouse

Some of our regular exhibitors teach at Percival Guildhouse, others are students there or are PGH ‘alumni’. We are interested in working with a learning space which foregrounds arts and crafts education and were delighted to be invited to pitch courses here as part of a ‘New Picks for 2026’ venture offered by PGH with online booking. This is trying to test new styles of courses and events as part of the PGH programme. Some offered off site, in shorter (than term) format and offered through partners.

The two courses that we are offering run across four evenings in March (A yarn of your own: spinning for beginners and beyond) and April (Draw, cut, proof, print). This is not only a new way of trying things for PGH but also a new format and way of offering courses for the Alex. Both courses sold out very quickly but if interested you can join the wait list as there may be more.

You can find out more about these ‘sold out!’ courses and also some with vacancies still available. And do keep an eye open for more innovations from PGH. They have a long and interesting history and we hope that they will have a busy and vigorous future too!
